Erin Crawley, CNM, MS

Erin received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) at University of Colorado, then moved to the Western Slope where she lived and played for the next three years. Shortly after, she returned to the Front Range and obtained her Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from the University of Cincinnati through a distance education program in which she had the privilege of attending births on a reservation in Arizona and an out-of-hospital birth center in Denver. She spent the last year working as a Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) for Boulder Nurse Midwives.

Erin has more than a decade of experience in women’s health. She believes in a care model that is woman-centered, evidenced-based, and encourages empowerment through shared decision making. She considers it an honor to support women — whether through labor and birth or serving their gynecologic needs.

Outside of work, Erin enjoys spending time with her husband and their dogs. She also enjoys cooking, traveling, reading, creating, and playing outside in her beautiful backyard.

Alice Gray, DO

Alice Gray is originally from Portland, OR. She attended the University of San Diego where she graduated in 2004 with a degree in Biochemistry. She then moved to Berkeley, CA where she attended Touro University College of Osteopathic Medicine, graduating as class valedictorian in 2010.

She completed her OB-GYN residency at Saint Joseph Hospital in Denver, Colorado and is excited to remain in the area as a member of the Boulder Women’s Care team. While she enjoys all aspects of women’s health, Dr. Gray is particularly enthusiastic about minimally invasive surgery and high risk obstetrics.

Prior to her career in medicine, Dr. Gray danced professionally with ballet companies throughout the West Coast and continues to stay active in the arts. In her free time she enjoys hiking, cooking and running with her husband Drew.
She completed two marathons during her last year of residency and takes full advantage of the many outdoor activities unique to Boulder.

Lisa Jamroz, MD, FACOG

A native of Denver, Dr. Jamroz grew up in central Texas and is an ardent Longhorn fan from the University of Texas in Austin.  She is also an Aggie, having received her medical degree from Texas A&M University in 1991. She completed her residency at the University of Arkansas, and is board certified in obstetrics and gynecology.

A member of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Dr. Jamroz has been practicing in Boulder since completing her residency in 1995.  She and
Dr. Mako Shimoda formed Boulder Women’s Care in 2000.

Outside of practice, Dr. Jamroz tries to find the hard balance with work and family.  Lisa and her husband Tim have three boys, a daughter and a 100-pound Bernese Mountain dog.  She enjoys watching football and baseball games, and tries to squeeze in extra time for her kickboxing.  She loves playing piano herself and helping three of her children with piano and jazz band.  Lisa is a Girl Scout Leader for her daughter’s troop and a Boy Scout Leader for one of her son’s dens.

Kala Kluender, CNM, MS

Kala grew up in Minnesota and attended the University of Wisconsin - Madison for her undergraduate degree in Kinesiology.  She double majored in the History of Medicine and earned a minor in Women's Studies.  She graduated from the Yale School of Nursing in New Haven, CT, with her RN and MSN degrees.  She has worked as nurse-midwife at Boulder Community Hospital since 2011.

Kala is a member of the American College of Nurse-Midwives and is certified by the American Midwifery Certification Board.  She is trained in surgical first assist for cesarean sections as well as limited obstetric ultrasounds.  Kala likes to incorporate both Western medicine and complementary therapies into her practice.

Outside of work, Kala enjoys hiking, live music, and traveling.  She once lived in the Dominican Republic and likes to speak Spanish whenever possible.  She enjoys spending time with her family and friends in the mountains and is slowly learning to ski.

Brenda Price, MD, FACOG

She graduated Magna Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Colorado in 1995 where she majored in Psychology.  She then received her Medical Degree from the University Of Colorado School Of Medicine in 2000, and went on to complete her residency at Franklin Square Hospital in Baltimore, MD, in 2004 where she received the Berlex Best Teaching Resident Award.  She worked in private practice in Richmond, VA, for three years before returning home to Colorado. 

Dr. Price is a member of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecologists and is board certified for the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology.  She is interested in all aspects of obstetrics and gynecology including high risk pregnancy, menopause, infertility, and minimally invasive Gynecologic Surgery. 

She is married and has three busy boys including a set of twins.  She is an avid reader and amateur cook.  Dr. Price loves all Colorado has to offer, including outdoor activities hiking, skiing and spending time with family.

Kerry Shea, DO, FACOOG

Dr. Shea is originally from Irvine, CA.  She attended Oberlin College in Oberlin, OH, and graduated in 1996 with a degree in Neuroscience and Biology.  She worked at University of California at Irvine for two years doing research in pediatric neurology.  She went to Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine in Kirksville, MO, and graduated in 2003.  In 2007, Kerry completed her OB/GYN residency at Henry Ford Wyandotte Hospital in Wyandotte, MI.  She then worked in private practice and as part of a teaching faculty in Wyandotte for three years.  

A board-certified OB/GYN and a member of the American College of Osteopathic Obstetrics and Gynecology and the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Dr. Shea has a particular interest include minimally invasive gynecology, adolescent gynecology and obstetrics.  

Dr. Shea enjoys traveling, yoga, pilates, running, gardening and cooking.

Sarah Williams, MD

A native of Key West, FL, Dr. Williams graduated from University of Miami as part of the Honors Program in Medical Education with a degree in Biology. She attended University of Miami Miller School of Medicine where she was active with Project Medishare, participating in medical missions to Haiti.  After seeing a delivery for the first time in the remote village of Thomonde, Haiti, she was inspired to pursue the field of obstetrics and gynecology.  Sarah then completed OB-GYN residency in University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Hospital in 2011. Following residency, she worked in private practice in Vicksburg, MS for 3 years where she became a DaVinci certified surgeon. Her interests include minimally invasive surgery, high risk obstetrics, and contraceptive management. 

Outside of medicine Sarah enjoys yoga, hiking, and travel.
