Medical Assistants

Our medical assistants will warmly greet you at every visit. Upon inviting you into our clinic, they will take your vital signs and assess your needs for the visit.  Our medical assistants also coordinate patient referrals.

Front Staff

Our friendly front staff will be the first to welcome you to our clinic.  They will eagerly help you with your scheduling needs, precertification of surgeries, and OB payment arrangements. If you have any additional concerns upon entering our clinic, our front staff will gladly guide you appropriately.

Billing Department

Our billing staff will help assist you with any questions you may have in regards to the services you receive at Boulder Women’s Care, P.C.

They are personable, knowledgeable, and more than happy to assist you with financial arrangements and insurance claim disputes.

Practice Manager

Christine Smith is Boulder Women’s Care Practice Manager and enjoys overseeing the daily support of patient’s needs.  Regardless of whether you have compliments or concerns, our practice manager is here to listen and make sure your necessities are met in a hospitable and efficient manner.
