Please be advised that, as required by your insurance company, your copay is due at the time of service.  Additionally, we are only able to bill insurance companies with whom we are contracted. In order for us to better serve you, you will need to bring your insurance card with you to every visit.

In the event that we are not contracted with your insurance company, we would appreciate full payment at the time of service.  Boulder Women’s Care accepts cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
